You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.
02. Demos and AI Output
Any demo interaction is illustrative. AI-generated responses can be incomplete or inaccurate and do not constitute medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
Do not submit confidential or sensitive information through a demo interaction.
03. Engagements, Scope and Fees
Scope, deliverables, timelines, fees and payment terms for any build are set out in a written proposal or order form. Deployment timelines quoted on this site are typical ranges, not guarantees.
Third-party costs — telephony, messaging, CRM subscriptions and AI usage — are the client's responsibility unless stated otherwise in the proposal.
04. Client Responsibilities
Clients provide timely access to systems, accurate business information, and the approvals needed to configure integrations, and are responsible for compliance obligations specific to their industry and jurisdiction.
05. Intellectual Property
SaberX AI retains ownership of its frameworks, tooling and pre-existing materials. Clients retain ownership of their own data, brand assets and content, and receive a licence to use the delivered configuration for their business.
06. Performance and No Guarantee of Results
Workflow examples on this website are illustrative and are not a promise of future results. Outcomes depend on your process, data, systems, team and operating conditions.
07. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaberX AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or revenue. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
08. Term, Cancellation and Governing Law
Cancellation and notice terms are set out in the applicable services agreement. These website terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SaberX AI is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
