Details you submit through our contact and strategy-call forms: name, company, email address, phone number, industry, lead volume, CRM in use, bottlenecks, package interest and any message you write.
Technical information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, and UTM campaign parameters.
02. AI Chat and Voice Interactions
Where AI chat or voice features are enabled, conversation transcripts and call recordings may be processed to deliver the interaction, maintain quality and improve accuracy. AI interactions are clearly labelled as AI.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through these features and ask that you do not share medical, financial account or other sensitive details in a demo interaction.
03. How We Use Information
To respond to enquiries, prepare and hold strategy calls, deliver and support contracted services, send service-related communications, and improve our website and systems.
With your consent, to send follow-up communications by email, SMS or phone. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to SMS, using the unsubscribe link in email, or emailing us.
